Insurance

Poplar Counseling & Wellness PLLC does not currently accept insurance at this time. We are considered an out-of-network provider for insurance companies.

 

We do not file insurance claims but do provide a monthly detailed receipt (superbill).

Superbills

A superbill will be provided, at request, for you to submit to your insurance company. This document may allow your insurance company to apply portions to your deductible. Please contact your insurance company for more information and verification of benefits.

Please contact your insurance provider to learn more about mental health providers. Here are some recommended questions to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?

  • How would out-of-network therapy apply to my deductible?

  • Will I be reimbursed?
