Fees

Sessions are billed $160 per therapeutic hour, which is 45-50 minutes.

  • Initial Session is slightly longer and is $175

  • No Shows/ Late Cancelations are subject to a fee of $50.

We understand that navigating insurance coverage for mental health services can be confusing and overwhelming. That's why at Poplar Counseling & Wellness PLLC, we offer affordable pricing options for our therapy services. While we do not accept insurance, we are happy to provide clients with superbills to submit to their insurance for reimbursement. Our goal is to make mental health services accessible and affordable for everyone, regardless of insurance coverage.

Type of Payment Accepted

  • Credit, debit, and HSA/ FSA cards are accepted

  • Cards are kept on a HIPAA-compliant system, to be charged before each session.
