Do you keep things I say confidential?

Although coaching services are not bound by the laws of HIPPA, confidentiality is an important element of the coaching process. Your identity and ongoing work will be kept strictly confidential.

The following exceptions apply:

  • Your written consent/ request

  • Court order

  • Mandated CPS

  • To assist if you are in immediate danger

What is the length of the behavioral coaching program?

The length of the program is tailored to your individual needs. I require a 4-week session commitment minimum, to ensure you are able to meet your coaching goals.

What if I have a mental health concern or goal?

Coaching is not for those who have a specific mental health diagnosis or mental health concern, but rather for those who would like to work on behaviors.

 

EX:

  • How to help teens adapt to their new chronic diagnosis

  • Support for parents of teens with social anxiety

  • Helping parents advocate for IEP or 504 accommodations for student

  • Helping someone with a chronic illness increase organization

 

If you have a specific mental health concern, you will be best served using therapy services.

 

How much does coaching cost? What type of payment methods do you accept?

Initial session 45-50 mins/ $175

Additional sessions 40-45 mins/ $160

 

Debit, credit, and HSA/ FSA cards will be kept on file for the convenience of processing.

Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance.
