Fees

Sessions are billed $160 per therapeutic hour, which is 45-50 minutes.

Initial Session is slightly longer and is $175
No Shows/ Late Cancelations are subject to a fee of $50.

Type of Payment Accepted

Credit, debit, and HSA/ FSA cards are accepted
Cards are kept on a HIPAA-compliant system, to be charged before each session.

Insurance

We understand that navigating insurance coverage for mental health services can be confusing and overwhelming.

While we do not accept insurance, we are happy to provide clients with superbills to submit to their insurance for reimbursement. Our goal is to make mental health services accessible and affordable for everyone, regardless of insurance coverag.

As an out-of-network provider, I have partnered with Mentaya to help my clients save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.

Superbills

A superbill will be provided, at request, for you to submit to your insurance company. This document may allow your insurance company to apply portions to your deductible. Please contact your insurance company for more information and verification of benefits.

Please contact your insurance provider to learn more about mental health providers. Here are some recommended questions to help determine your benefits:

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
How would out-of-network therapy apply to my deductible?
Will I be reimbursed?
