ANXIETY & DEPRESSION

Teens

You’ve noticed a shift in your teen, but you’re unsure what it means—or how concerned you should be. You don’t remember your own teen years feeling this overwhelming, and now you’re left wondering what’s normal and what’s not.

Adolescence is a time of intense change, and for many teens, that stress can trigger or worsen anxiety and depression. If you’re seeing changes in your teen’s appetite, sleep, friendships, concentration, weight, academic performance, or athletic involvement, it may be a sign that extra support is needed.

I’m here to help you make sense of what’s going on and to help you better understand your teen.

It can feel like you’re drowning in your own thoughts, searching for solid ground that seems just out of reach. Anxiety, depression, perfectionism, isolation, and exhaustion can swirl together until it feels impossible to be seen or understood. You may wonder if anyone notices you reaching out for help.

I do. And I’m glad you’re here. Finding your way to this page took courage, and it tells me you’re already taking an important step toward the support you deserve.

Asking for help isn’t easy, but it is a meaningful and necessary part of healing. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you process your emotions and experiences.
